in plain sight
in plain sight is an ongoing photography project documenting various covers found across amsterdam. the project frames these strange bulks of fabric scattered through the streets, drawing attention to their quiet presence in everyday life. like unrevealed works of art, the covers abstract whatever lies beneath them, turning into small motor mountains, anonymous sculptures temporarily resting in public space. by isolating these overlooked shapes, the project invites a shift in perspective on what usually fades into the background.
